According to the Scriptures"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel... By which also ye are saved... unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures" (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Globalism

Dear friends of According to the Scriptures,

For those of you who follow Bible Prophecy, who know and understand the times in the midst of which we live, I recommend you watch the following video by Brannon House:

GLOBAL MANDATORY BIOMETRIC CHIPPING OF HUMANS THROUGH EXPLOITATION OF PANDEMICS & IMMIGRATION CRISIS

The Bible says that in the last days a world government will be formed which will be led by a man called the Antichrist or the Beast. The Bible says, “and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Revelation 13:7). This will be a Satanic world government for we are told, “the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” (Revelation 13:2)

At that time we are told he will implement a global cashless society. We are told, “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” (Revelation 13:16-17) Without his “mark” you will not be able to participate in his New World Order.

Today we are literally seeing the stage set for the “Great Tribulation”, the seven year period that will take place at the “end of the age” before the promised triumphant return of Jesus Christ, to set up His kingdom and to put down all evil.

Manufactured global crises are taking place such as the current "covid-19 pandemic", and the “refugee crises”, to fast track the alleged need for a global governance. There is now concern that cash may be carrying viruses, so we need to get rid of that CASH. Digital currency and the use of smart cards is already commonplace preparing mankind for the next step, with many already using RFID microchips injected into their hands MICROCHIPPED.

ID2020, with the help of Bill Gates, wants everybody to receive vaccinations with implantable chip that they call a CERTIFICATION MARK, that will ensure your safe movement, but also ensure your social and economic isolation if necessary. The idea is control and I believe we are seeing a test run for that before our very eyes. The China Social Credit System that micromanages every facet of the people of China with facial recognition systems is already being used to control Chinas 1.4 billion people SOCIAL CREDIT.

To the unsuspecting this makes sense to implement such a system. After all, the economy is now global, travel is now global, universal healthcare has a nice ring to it. Hey, and do we not all have to fight together against things like global climate change? Are we not all in this ship, called “Mother Earth”, together? Should we not be uniting under some global leadership to fight against all these things? Well, this is how the indoctrination camps (read: modern education system) are now training up the millennials and next generation to think, APART from the warnings of Scripture what is about to come in the near future. There is really a war going on behind the scenes that wants to break any ties that the world may have against the true Biblical worldview. Psalm 2 says, "Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us." (Psalm 2:1-3)

Many of these ideas of globalism have certain aspects that sound good on the surface, but we know from the Truth of the Scriptures, from the God who cannot lie, that these devices in the end will be used for nefarious purposes to bring about the kingdom of Antichrist. I pray you are watching for Him today. Sadly, ignorance of God's Word is rampant, even among "churches" and many are being caught off guard. Jesus said, "take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth." (Luke 21:34-35)

Above all, be sure you and your family are saved. The Philippian jailer asked the apostle Paul, “what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:30-31). Salvation is a free gift (Romans 6:23) that cannot be merited in any way, by anything that you can or must do. Salvation comes NOT by any works of righteousness that you may have done (Titus 3:5). It comes totally by God's grace (unmerited favor) apart from works on your part (Ephesians 2:8-9). Salvation comes by FAITH ALONE (Galatians 3:11), when you believe the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), and trust in Jesus Christ to save you from your sin (Matthew 1:21).

Paul told the Church at Ephesus how they were saved. “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise” (Ephesians 1:13). Paul told the Church at Rome, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth” (Romans 1:16). The Gospel is God's power for salvation to all those who do nothing more, nor less than believe the gospel and Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ ALONE (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 2:5) to save them from death (the consequences of sin; Romans 6:23, Hebrews 2:14-15) and Hell (the prison for all those who reject Gods only way of salvation; Revelation 20:12-15; 21:8). And the Apostle Paul clearly spells out the gospel for us in his letter to the Church at Corinth:

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

And might I sound this warning, many are trying to corrupt the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, by adding such things to it that YOU HAVE TO DO, such as “turning from your sins”, “surrendering to God”, “forsaking sin”, “turning over a new leaf”, Hanging on”, “holding fast”, "enduring to the end” and a host of other things. While all of these things may sound good and pious and spiritual, they have nothing to do with salvation and the free gift of eternal life that God offers to the whole world. To couple the Glorious Gospel of God to anything that we have to do other than believe it is a damnable heresy. Many try to slip these ideas in under their definition of “repentance”. DON'T believe it! Repentance is simply a “change of mind”, and when you change your mind and believe the Gospel and trust in Jesus Christ you shall be saved. The devil and many others are trying to corrupt the gospel and blind the minds of those who have not yet believed (2 Corinthians 11:3-4).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16-18)

Jesus ALONE is the Savior! Not only will He today save you from your sins, He will KEEP you saved. Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” (John 5:24) Jesus said, “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.” (John 10:28-29)

There are so many warnings in the Scriptures about corrupting the gospel, the simplicity of Christ, and God's Word. “Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Proverbs 30:6) “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” (Galatians 1:8-9) “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” (2 Corinthians 11:3-4)

I pray you keep this in mind as the Last Days are characterized by false prophets, false Christs, false teachers and deception, so, remember this watchword, that salvation comes ONLY when you believe the gospel, BY GRACE ALONE, THROUGH FAITH ALONE, IN CHRIST ALONE. I pray you trust Him today, and make Him your very own Savior, if you have not yet done so.

And please leave comments or questions in the section below and let me know if YOU are saved.

Well written Brother! What seems to be common in most false gospels is the concept of individual effort in one's own salvation, yet the thief on the cross was nailed there beside Jesus and could do nothing but believe in Him as He bled and died right beside him, according to the Scriptures.

"And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise." Luke 23:39-43.

We see the repentance of the one thief, Jesus knew his heart and promised Him paradise that very day because he believed Jesus was the promised Messiah (Romans 10:9-13). His repentance contained no good works, no baptism, no alms for the poor, he could only "repent and believe."

All the false gospels fall to the ground around this one man who died next to Jesus, a criminal convicted of a capital crime. All that is left then, if one has time and opportunity is to "bring forth fruits worthy of repentance" (Luke 3:8). . . "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure." ---Philippians 2:5-13

Maranatha!

Yes, the thief on the cross has inspired many to put their faith in Christ ALONE. In the civil court the thief understood the "just condemnation" he was under, "for we receive the due reward of our deeds". He was a thief, and understood there was a Higher Court, and that He must give account to God whom He feared. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23) He earned His day in court, and saw He was under the just condemnation of a Holy God. What could he do, nailed there, but throw himself at the mercy of the court.

This is an excellent example how he "repent", that is, "changed his mind", for as the crowd was mocking Christ, "The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth." (Matthew 27:38, 44). How often we succumb to the crowds jeers and go with the flow against our conscience, as we see both thieves joining the mockers. "And they that were crucified with him reviled him." (Mark 15:32)

What was it that caused this thief to "change his mind", to come to his senses? This scene reminds me of the fourth stanza of that grand hymn, Jehovah Tsidkenu:

When free grace awoke me, by light from on high,
Then legal fears shook me, I trembled to die;
No refuge, no safety in self could I see
Jehovah Tsidkenu my Savior must be.

Legal fears shook that thief who was there condemned for his guilty sins. Being there nailed to his cross, he came to his wits end, no longer in self could he trust, he must trust that Righteous One who was there beside him, who was there to take away his sins. It is all of grace, the unmerited favor of God, who must be just with our sin, but can shed abundantly upon sinners like us, His mercy through Jesus Christ our Lord. It is like that first morning ray of light that awakes the lost sinner to his terrible estate and he falls on the mercy of the Judge of the whole earth. And when one does that, the Judge can declare His just verdict, "Today shalt thou be with me in paradise", for One has arisen to pay in full for all your guilty stains with His own Blood. Case dismissed.

I am saved and am looking forward, with great anticipation, to the coming of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.
