According to the Scriptures"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel... By which also ye are saved... unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures" (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Last Days Prophecies

"Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure... yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it." (Isaiah 46:9-11).

"For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD." (Ezekiel 12:25).

"...he will shew you things to come" (John 16:13).

By the end of World War II knowledge was doubling every 25 years. Today, knowledge is doubling every 12 months. The World Wide Web has helped this tremendously as ideas can be shared and built upon around the globe, even across language barriers. But ultimately, I believe that the increase of knowledge spoken of here, is knowledge of the Scriptures, for Daniel was then told, "Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end." (Daniel 12:9) Since Christ has come, the New Testament canon of Scripture was completed, and we find Jesus Christ, in whom is hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, opening the seals (Revelation 5:1-5) and finishing the Revelation with this statement, "Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand." (Revelation 22:10)
"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." (Daniel 12:4)
Modes and speed of travel are rapidly changing the world we live in. Communication from the other side of the world can happen in real time. We can physically travel to the other side of the world within the timeframe of one day. We can travel to the bottom of the ocean or above the clouds, even to the moon, and now there is talk of traveling to Mars. Most just a few generations ago never traveled more than 50 miles from their place of birth. Trains, planes and automobiles can take us those distances in less than an hour. On the other hand, as the great commission comes to an end, having begun at Jerusalem, and those faithful to Christ go into all the world and preach the gospel, the knowledge of the Lord is spread from sea to sea.
"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." (Daniel 12:4)
There are several events that take place in the tribulation that imply satellite television. There are two witnesses that bring forth judgments on the earth during that time, but then they are killed. The Bible tells us that when this happens the people of every family, language and nation shall see their dead bodies in the streets of Jerusalem and the whole earth rejoices.
Another event that happens in the tribulation is the destruction of Babylon. Here we are told that the "kings of the earth" and "every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea" stand "afar off" and shall see the smoke of her burning. This could only be possible through the world wide network of visual communications that are available to every person today.
"And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth." (Revelation 11:9-10)
"And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more... For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!" (Revelation 18:9-11, 17-18)
Despite abortion, euthanasia, and population control schemes of big government, the population of the world has been growing over the past 100 years at a rate that sees the world population currently doubling every 12 years. In 1804 the world's population was 1 billion people. In 1999 it eclipsed at 6 billion and in 2011 it reached 7 billion people. If you look at a population growth chart over the last 2000 years, the graph looks like a 90 degree angle. The line is pretty much horizontal over the last 1900 years but then it turns straight up. "But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:37)
"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them..." (Genesis 6:1)
Jesus said the days before His coming would be as the days of Noah. One of the characteristics of Noah's day was violence. God said, "the earth was filled with violence". In the past few decades we have seen violence dramatically increase as man moves further away from God, "corrupting his way upon the earth". Domestic violence, violence against one's neighbor, race riots, violence against neighboring nations. All of these permeate society today, and when the number statistics are charted on graphs, they all go through the roof. Today, from a very young age, children are indoctrinated to violence through the media they watch and the video games that they play, breeding a new generation of violent behavior that always seems to out do the hostility of the previous generation. God's command from the beginning was to be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth. With the increase in population and morality thrown out the window, crime, cruelty, corruption and violence have certainly filled the earth.
This is in such contrast to the one who "had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth" (Isaiah 53:9). but rather "bore our sins in his own body upon the cross", receiving buffetings and stripes from violent men, but more than that, "it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin... He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities." (Isaiah 53:10) We can be justified from all our sins and violence when we believe the gospel, that Christ died for our sins and was raised from the dead for our justification. And we have that wonderful promise, that in His coming Kingdom, "Violence shall no more be heard in thy land" (Isaiah 60:18).
"But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:37)
"The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth." (Genesis 6:11-13).
The key point to notice here is that "all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth." This is how bad it got. ALL flesh. And they corrupted HIS way. In the beginning, after God had created all things, He pronounced all that he had made "very good" (Genesis 1:31). But since sin entered the world, after 1600 years since the creation of the world, it got so bad that God could no longer tolerate the evil, for all but Noah and his family had been totally corrupted, and lest the next generation be lost, God had to intervene. I have been wondering about this next generation. "Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward." (Isaiah 1:4)
God is long suffering not willing that any should perish. But if the days would not be shortened, even Jesus said, "there should no flesh be saved" (Matthew 24:22). Corruption permeates society on every level whether it be politics, religion, family life, sex, business, law and order, etc. The Bible tells us, "evil communications corrupt good manners" (1 Corinthians 15:33). May we be able to say like the apostle Paul, "we have corrupted no man" (2 Corinthians 7:2).
"But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:37)
"The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth." (Genesis 6:11-12).
When the disciples came to Jesus and asked Him, "what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" (Matthew 24:3) He had mentioned many things to watch for, and one of these would be earthquakes. There have always been earthquakes since the breaking up of the earth's crust in the Flood of Noah. So what is the sign? It lies in the phrase, "these are the beginnings of sorrows." This phrase is also used to depict a woman who is having the labor pains of child birth (Galatians 4:19, 27, 1 Thessalonians 5:3, Revelation 12:2). These usually come suddenly and increase in frequency and intensity.
With our global seismograph technology, it is easier to plot this data. See Live Earthquakes Map
"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows." (Mark 13:8)
Famines and pestilence will also increase in frequency and intensity. The epidemic of AIDS, the recent Ebola outbreak in Africa, are just a sampling of what is yet to come. There is also concern that many of the antibiotics that were used in the defence of many bacterial infections and the like no longer work for many of the strains of bacteria that appear to have mutated. This is another sign of the soon return of Christ.
"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places." (Matthew 24:7) "And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth." (Revelation 6:5-8)
One of the very first commandments given to mankind was to "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth" (Genesis 1:28). However, in the last days, the Bible indicates that the trend will be that Godly marriage will be despised, attacked and perverted. Laws are being made to define marriage to include a man married to a man or woman to a woman. In recent days one news headline even stated "British woman marries her dog". The days seem to be getting more and more bizarre and perverted. In the Revelation, in the last of the last days we are told that man, by that time, "Neither repented they of their ... fornication..." (Revelation 9:21). "Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge." (Hebrews 13:4) Divorce has been made so easy today. Jesus said in the days of His coming people would be "marrying and giving in marriage" (Matthew 24:37-39). We would like to point out that this could be an indication of divorce. In the Greek, the word marry comes from the word "gameo". The phrase "giving in marriage" comes from the Greek word "ekgamizo", with the prefix "ek" meaning "out of". So there is the possibility that although marriages would still be taking place, many will be opting to get "out of" marriage through divorce, and indeed, in today's culture, divorce is rampant; it is nothing to get married multiple times. But there are also multitudes who do not bother getting married, choosing rather not to make any form of commitment, and live in sin and fornication.
"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry..." (1 Timothy 4:1-3).
When the disciples asked Jesus about the "end of the world", the very first thing on the list of "signs" was spiritual deception saying, "Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many." (Matthew 24:4-5) These evil men are seducers, and the seduction of Christianity will only progressively get worse as we move towards the end of days before Christ returns. The spiritual seduction that took place at Babylon, by the end of the age, will have spread throughout the whole earth infecting all the inhabitants of the earth. She is described as "BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" (Revelation 17:5), where, by that time, "all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication" (Revelation 18:3)
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come... But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived." (2 Timothy 3:1, 13)
In the modern New Age movement, many of the cults are teaching that they too can be Christ. Christ means "anointed one".
"For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many." (Matthew 24:5)
It is because iniquity abounds that love waxes cold toward God and our neighbor. Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15) Sin is the transgression of the Law. To love the Lord is to turn from our sin and keep His Commandments, but when iniquity abounds, it is a sure sign of the love of God waxing cold. This all begins with the church, like the church at Ephesus who "left thy first love" (Revelation 2:4), loosing its zeal and love towards the truth and hatred of evil and thereby becoming indifferent towards their Saviour. It will grow exceedingly dark before Christ returns. "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." (John 3:19) This hatred toward God is often manifested in the persecution of His children. Not only will love towards God wax cold, but also towards our fellow man. Jesus also commanded us to love one another, and our neighbor as ourself, but just prior to our text Jesus said many "shall hate one another" (v. 10). Ultimately, the greatest example of love, was God sending His Son into the world to die for sinners. "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:13) "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8) He "loved me, and gave himself for me." (Galatians 2:20)
"And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." (Matthew 24:12)
At the revelation of Jesus Christ, it will be as "in the days of Lot". Lot, the nephew of Abraham, lived in Sodom which was notorious for its open and flagrant homosexuality and fornication. The prophet Jeremiah said, this is "an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah." (Jeremiah 23:14) There was a day not long ago that Sodomy was kept in the closet, but now, it is promoted as a wholesome and alternate lifestyle by most politicians and the rich and famous, even to the point if you speak out against it you are called a "hater" and may even come under fierce persecution and prosecution under the new "human rights" laws of the world. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!... Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!" (Isaiah 5:20, 23) We are also told, "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be... Without natural affection" (2 Timothy 3:1-2). The apostle Paul calls this "vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly" (Romans 1:26-27) (See More)
"Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed." (Luke 17:28-30)
One of the latest mantras to arrive onto the current scene is that you need to "love yourself" more as your low self-esteem is the major cause of many of your deep seated troubles and is holding you back from your great potential. This is totally contrary to the Bible which teaches us, "in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves" (Philippians 2:3). Unfortunately, this false teaching is even promoted in many churches and endorsed by many big names within "Christianity". (See More)
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves" (2 Timothy 3:1-2)
In the Old Testament, one of the Ten Commandments is, "honor thy father and thy mother" (Exodus 20:12). In the New Testament we are told, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right." (Ephesians 6:1) And again, "Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord." (Colossians 3:20) Nevertheless, we are told, "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be ... disobedient to parents" (2 Timothy 3:1-2). Furthermore, when the disciples came and asked Jesus what would be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the age, one of Jesus' replies was, "children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death." (Mark 13:12) That is how bad it is going to get. This is what happens when a nation begins to move away from God and the family begins to disintegrate. And, "as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents..." (Romans 1:28-30). In the context of the "last days", the prophet Isaiah said, "I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable." (Isaiah 3:4-5)
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be ... disobedient to parents" (2 Timothy 3:1-2).
Before the Flood, man and all the creatures that God had made were strictly herbivores. However, ever since the Flood, God said "Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things" (Genesis 9:3). The earth had been so dramatically changed by the Flood, possibly requiring greater labor and energy to gather food, so God granted permission that meat could now be used for food. This is why God commanded Noah to bring a total of seven of all the clean animals on board the Ark, for food and sacrifice. The only meats in the New Testament that one should abstain from is that which is "offered to idols" (Acts 15:29). Other things we are to abstain from is "pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood" (Acts 15:20), "from fleshly lusts" (1 Peter 2:11), and "all appearance of evil" (1 Thessalonians 5:22). However, we are told that "in the latter times some shall depart from the faith" and command that we should also "abstain from meats". The Roman Catholic Church has commanded their followers that on certain days they ought to abstain from meats. Other cults within Christianity are also promoting abstinance of meats. The false prophetess Ellen G. White of Seventh Day Adventism promoted vegetarianism. The "Twelve Tribes" cult also encourages not to eat certain meats. And many of the non-christian cults venerate animals and therefore, in one form or another command abstinance from meats. Nevertheless, meats, "God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving" (1 Timothy 4:3-4). There is even a World Vegan Day (Nov. 1), founded by the Vegan Society, that promotes vegetarianism and "animal rights".
"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." (1 Timothy 4:1-3)).
The "great tribulation" is noted as "a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time" (Daniel 12:1). It is also called the "Day of the Lord" and "there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it" (Joel 2:1-2). Therein shall be "distress of nations, with perplexity" (Luke 21:25), and "perilous times" (2 Timothy 3:1), an unparalleled time of calamity and suffering and death, wherein, if God would not intervene there would no flesh be saved. It is interesting that only in this past century has man become the maker of "weapons of mass destruction", "inventors of evil things" (Romans 1:30), that could make this prophecy become a reality for the first time in the history of mankind. Nuclear, chemical and biological weapons without number could make this planet a floating cinder in space. However, this may not be the primary meaning of this prophecy, for during the tribulation, we find that within a very short period of time, half of the population of the world has died due to the judgment of God on an unbelieving world. Parallel to this we have the Antichrist rolling out his pogrom against those who have the testimony of Jesus Christ; an innumberable number of the saints who receive not the mark of the beast are martyred by him and his minions. If this was allowed to go on much past the seven years (Daniel's Seventieth Week) there would indeed be no flesh saved. Only those who are "appointed unto wrath" will enter this period of time as the rapture of the church happens before the commencement of Daniel's Seventieth Week.
"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened." (Matthew 24:21-22).
We have been hearing much about a "New World Order" and "One World Government". The United Nations has been trying to fulfill that role without success so far, but there is a day coming very soon where the antichrist will be given "power...over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations." (Revelation 13:7) The Bible tells us that he receives this "power" from the "dragon" (Revelation 13:2, 4) and will recieve this power during the last 3 1/2 years of Daniel's 70th week, or the last half of the 7 year tribulation period (Revelation 13:5).
Satan had offered this same power to Christ during His 40 days of temptation in the wilderness. "And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine." (Luke 4:5-7) What many people fail to recognize is "the whole world lieth in wickedness" (1 John 5:19). It is Satan, who for the time being has the "power" over the kingdoms of this world. Jesus never rebuked his claim, but rejected his offer. So there is yet a day coming when the "son of perdition", "the Antichrist" will take up Satan's offer and receive power over the nations for a brief moment before Christ returns when, "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever." (Revelation 11:15)
The saints have prayed down through the past two millennia, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven". These prayers will not go unheeded. "For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry." (Hebrews 10:37)
"And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations." (Revelation 13:7)
There has been much talk over the past few decades about a one world currency, and many can see it coming perhaps more quickly than we think. With the global economy now in full swing, and all the nations of the world each having their own currency, there is the constant problem of dealing with the ever changing currency exchange. It literally changes by the hour as the world turns. As our technology increases, it appears that the direction we are heading is a cashless society. Most of us are already functioning to some degree under this new regiment. Most of us now use debit cards which contain computer chips with all our financial data, connecting us to a worldwide monetary database. There may be many benefits to this technology as well, for not only does it provide instant access to your financial data for the purpose of buying and selling, but it can contain all your identification data, your medical data, even your gps location, etc. With a card though, there is the possibility you could lose it, and you need a password to access it. With the increasing number of passwords required for almost everything, the need to change them frequently for security reasons, and having to remember which password goes with which application, logging in can be a nightmare!  It appears that mankind is ripe for change. Another benefit will be that money laundering by drug cartels will be much harder. Printing money is also expensive. It will also be harder to cheat on your taxes, and much easier for a central government to impliment taxes much like Ceasar Augustus who decreed "that all the world should be taxed" (Luke 2:1).
Well aside from all that, it is evident that this is the "way of the future". Those wanting to do business under Antichrist, if they want to eat, will have to receive the "mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads". This is more than an economic decision, for it is "the mark... of the beast" (v. 17). One must also worship the image of the beast, or be killed (v. 15).
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Revelation 13:16-17)
Jesus said of the nation Israel, "And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled" (Luke 21:24). The Jews had rejected their Messiah, Jesus Christ. God was now moving on with His program to fulfill that which was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, "I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth." (Isaiah 49:6) During this interim, God would take out of the Gentiles a people for His name. Jesus said, I will build my Church, and they would be His Gentile Bride. During the "Church Age", Israel would be sifted among the nations. Many would fall by the edge of the sword, however a remnant would remain. The prophet Amos said, "For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth." (Amos 9:9) The apostle Paul said "that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in." (Romans 11:25) When the fulness of the Gentiles are complete, God would turn once again and deal with Israel. The Lord said, "I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them." (Ezekiel 36:19) However, in the latter days, He said, "I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land." (v. 24) The apostle James gave a good summary of the marvellous plan of God saying, "God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things." (Acts 15:14-17) It is quite a marvellous thing to see this happening before our very eyes. Since Israel became a nation once again on May 14, 1948, the Jews have been trickling back to their land as God said.
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth." (Isaiah 11:11-12)
The Bible says that "in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1Timothy 4:1). Certainly evolution is a doctrine of demons that has recently permeated our public school system and universities, even to the extent that it has now become the acceptable worldview in explaining the origin of man and all other things. The world's educational system in this manner undermines the Word of God by teaching evolution, and has sadly caused many Christians to accept this "science falsely so called" (1Timothy 6:20). What is extremely interesting in regards to this recent form of evolution (uniformitarianism) is that our omniscient Creator God, who knows the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:9-10), foretold that this fable would arise in the last days. He said the last days mockers would arise teaching that, "all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation." (2Peter 3:3-6). Evolution is largely based on the uniformitarian hypothesis. It is defined as such, "The principle of uniformity postulates that phenomena displayed in the rocks may be entirely accounted for by geologic processes which continue to operate at the present day—in other words, the present is the key to the past." (Encyclopedia Britannica) Evolution is based entirely on their interpretation of the fossil record, to which God says they are "willingly ignorant" because all things have not "continued" as they were from the beginning of the creation, for God interrupted this continum with a world wide mountain covering Flood that destroyed all life on earth sealing all these creatures in the sediments that precipitated out of Noah's Flood creating the worldwide fossil record that we see today.
"Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:" (2 Peter 3:3-6)
Because of Israel's transgressions, the Lord said, "I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them" (2 Chronicles 7:20), and they would "become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee" (Deuteronomy 28:37). The prophet Jeremiah said, "And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them." (Jeremiah 24:9) The Psalmist said, "Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us. Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people." (Psalm 44:13-14) Israel was scattered among the nations, and was fulfilled during the Babylonians captivity and finally by the Romans in 135 AD when Israel was "led away captive into all nations" (Luke 21:24). Most of the Jews still live in the nations abroad where they are facing fierce persecution daily, largely by Islamic factions, but now even by many of the "Christian" denominations. The persecution abroad is causing many to flee these countries back to their ancient homeland where they are also facing national condemnation by the UN and terror by their enemies that surround them. This furvor and hatred will only escalate until Israel enters that time known at the "great tribulation" (Matthew 24:21) or "the time Jacob's Trouble" (Jeremiah 30:7) when all nations come against Jerusalem to battle (Zechariah 12:9, 14:2).
"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains" (Mark 13:13-14)
Jesus warned of false prophets and teachers as did the apostle Paul saying, "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears." (Acts 20:29-31) Peter would reflect the same, "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction." (2 Peter 2:1) We do not have to elaborate on this much as there are so many "christian" cults and "isms", that it will make one's head spin. All of these have grown up in the past century and have been growing at an alarming rate, even becoming what some would call "mainstream christianity". Jesus would ask the rhetorical question, "when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8) The character of the church would be that of "lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God", and would have "a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof" (2 Timothy 3:4-5) for "the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." (2 Timothy 4:3-4)
"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Timothy 4:1)
Many false prophets would arise and deceive many. One of greatest of these rose up in the 6 century BC, the false prophet Mohammed whose followers now number over a billion and rising. Within the Christian cults, they are too numerous to count. Many within the Charismatic denominations claim to be prophets, but also Ellen Betty White, founder of Scientology, Charles Taze Russel, founder of the "Jehovah's Witness", Joseph Smith, Founder of the "Mormon Church", and the list goes on.
"And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many." (Matthew 24:11)
The Lord used holy prophets and apostles to bring forth His Revelation and His Word to completion. The gift of prophecy gave way to the gift of teaching in the latter part of the first century with the death of the apostles. Those with the gift of teaching were now to teach the whole councel and completed canon of Scripture to those who had become disciples of Christ. As the prophets of the Old Testament had Satan's false prophets to contend with, so to, in the New Testament era there would be false teachers, acting as ministers of righteousness (2 Corinthians 11:13-15), who would bring in damnable heresies. They would teach doctrines of demons (1 Timothy 4:1-3), and turn many from the way of truth. They covet money (2 Peter 2:3, 14-15, Titus 1:10-11), they deny the redemption price of Christ (2 Peter 2:1, 1 Corinthians 6:20), they speak evil of the truth (2 Peter 2:2, 12), they deny the Second Coming of Christ (2 Peter 3:3-4), they deny supernatural creation, promoting evolution (2 Peter 3:3-6), and many other such things to undermine "the faith". Today, liberal churches and cults abound who claim to speak in the name of Jesus who in all reality is "another Jesus" (2 Corinthians 11:3-4)
"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." (2 Peter 2:1-2)
"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." (2 Timothy 4:3-4) "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears." (Acts 20:29-31)
When the Lord delivered the nation Israel from the bondage of Egypt He chose Moses to bring them out, and that, "with signs, and with wonders" (Deuteronomy 26:8). The Lord also told Moses that He would raise up another prophet like unto him (Deuteronomy 18:15). And thus came forth Jesus in the fulness of time who bore witness that He indeed was that very Christ, "a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you" (Acts 2:22). Even Him whom Israel, "by wicked hands have crucified and slain: Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death" (v. 23-24). In Egypt, Satan had his ministers performing false miracles. "Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses" and "in the last days", men shall arise, and like "Jannes and Jambres", "so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith." (2 Timothy 3:6) In the last days, there shall be another counterfeit signs and wonders movement, and many shall be deceived thereby. Why?, "because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." (2 Thessalonians 2:10)
"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." (Matthew 24:24)
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men... as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith." (2 Timothy 3:1, 8)
"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10)
"In the latter years" after Israel has been gathered into her ancient homeland having been "brought forth out of the nations" where they were scattered, we are told that the Gog, who is the prince of Russia (chief = Hebrew: Roshe or Russia) will lead an alliance of nations, who is "a guard unto them", including by name, Persia (Iran), Ethiopia (which includes Sudan), Libya (North Africa), Gomer (Germany?), Togarmah (Turkey), and "many people with thee". At this time, Israel will be dwelling "safely" in the "land of unwalled villages" "having neither bars nor gates" and "are at rest" and in prosperity. In ancient times most cities within Israel had walls, bars and gates to protect them from their enemies. Today, those cities within the borders of Israel are without walls, and they are dwelling in relative safety and rest within their borders, having an army and weapons of warfare that are very serious to contend with, and have proven within five major wars against them to be the victors.
Now God is said to put "hooks into thy jaw", and what might be the bait upon those "hooks"? What might be included in the "spoil" of "cattle and goods"? Here are general descriptions for food and merchandise. Today Israel is an abundant producer of all sorts of farm produce, so much, that it even exports the surplus to other nations. Israel is also a technological giant and leader in almost every field of science. But beyond that, it has recently discovered major oil and gas fields that are sure to propel it to a leadership role in the energy sector in the Middle East. With the abundance of all these commodities Israel is becoming a very distinct jewel in the Middle East.
It should be noted that Putin (Gog?), in recent days, is becoming a major player in the Middle east. He is currently setting up a major air base just north of Israel in Syria where he is exporting "all sorts of armour", with the pretence of fighting Isis and defending Syria's leader Bassar Assad. He already has a major naval base in Syria. He is also supplying Iran with long range missiles and fighter jets. He is certainly rising up as "a guard unto them". This is definitely prophecy being fulfilled before our very eyes and is to be an arena to be watched with great anticipation as the coming of our Lord and Saviour draws nigh. Be sure you are SAVED!
"And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee. Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land." (Ezekiel 38:1-12)
The great fortunes of the wealthy class have always been built upon the backs of the poor as they take unjust advantage of them, whether it be by slavery or any of its modern forms, but in the last days the wealth of the rich will grow beyond imagination as they plunder a global economy through their tax schemes, government bailouts, phony stock market adjustments and fraud where no individual is ever held accountable and the victim of these crimes are never recompensed. And if the frauds are ever brought to court, the innocent are often left bankrupt with no recourse but to fade away into poverty. But like the days of Noah, it is "wickedness and corruption" (Genesis 6:11-12) at its very best. But they have heaped up riches for the last days. Their love of money, shall all come to an end along with their souls, wherein one hour the center for all commerce, Babylon revived, will come to an end and be burned. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate." (Revelation 18:9-11, 17-19).
"Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you. Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh." (James 5:1-8)

I enjoy reading this website. I'd like to add Isaiah 26: 19-21 for anyone interested in this cv pestilence here in 2020. "But your dead will live their bodies will rise. You who dwell in the dust, wake up and shout for joy. Your dew is like the dew of the morning the earth will give birth to her dead. Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by. See, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed upon her she will conceal her slain no longer."
We're in those final days just before the LORD's return. Please consider reading daniel11truth.com for the book of truth (promised) to us is now open and time to
repent, turn to the LORD and get ready.

I believe this, Isaiah 26 and Revelations 9:6, and chapter 12 is where the world gets their theory of zombies. However, only those who accept the beast and his mark are tormented so; the Lord leaves them in the earth to receive judgement and His wrath. I do not want to be a part of that. 😣😖

The "See also" above references 354 instead of 353 prophecies fulfilled in Jesus Christ. However, there are actually 355 prophecies listed. Please correct as it implies a lack of attention to details, and I have done things like that. But opponents notice things like that and will call it to the attention of other opponents to attack you with.

Your website is referenced in a book being published by us as a great source for studying prophecies about Jesus, the future, and the last days.
